What if I change my flight and arrive at another airport in Vietnam?
Switching between airports doesn’t make any difference to your visa on arrival as long at you arrive at any of the three international airports in Vietnam. Can I travel without the letter and get the visa when I arrive?
No, you can not board the plane unless you show the approval letter to authorities at the airport. The letter also serves as the evidence that you have been approved to get your visa at Vietnam airport. Therefore we strongly recommend that that you apply for the visa well in advance to avoid any problems.
What should I do if I find out that I entered the wrong passport number?
Right after submitted your application is submitted, we’ll send an email to confirm the details you submitted. You can confirm your details in that application. In case there are any mistakes, you can contact us right away at support@vietnamsvisa.com. In case you were unable to find out the mistake and your application is processed. You’ll have to apply for the visa again, submitting the correct information.
When do I have to pay for the approval letter?
You can pay for the approval letter after you submit your application. If you have problems with payment, email us at support@vietnamsvisa.com and we will send you a link to follow in order to pay. Keep in mind that no application can be processed until the full payment is made.

What is stamping fee and how much is it?
Stamping fee is required to be paid at Vietnam airports to get your Visa on arrival stamped on your passport. For 1-3 months single entry visa the stamping fee is $25 per person and $50 for multiple entry visas. The stamping fee has to be paid in cash – credit cards are not accepted.
