In general, there are two fees you are required to pay: The stamping fee (paid directly at Vietnam’s airport) + our service fee for the approval letter (paid in advance). How long in advance should I apply for a visa?
Application for Vietnam visa can be filed from one day to six months earlier than when you plan to arrive at Vietnam. Although the visa approval procedure take 1-2 days it is strongly recommended to submit your application at least a week or two before your planned date of arrival to avoid any last minute surprises as far as payment or administrative problems are concerned.
What are the procedures at Vietnam airport?
When you arrive at Vietnam International Airports, you will be required to present the authorities with the following three documents. Hand in your passport (with at least 6 months validity), completed entry-exit form, 2 passport-type photos (taken less than 6 months), print-out of Vietnam visa approval letter and then pay stamping fee to the immigration officer. Should I provide you with the exact date of arrival?
Not necessarily, however, the arrival date you mention in the application has to be the earliest date you plan on arriving in Vietnam but there is no restriction that you must arrive on that date – you can arrive at a later date too. However you must leave the country before the departure date. For example: If you have applied for one month visa and set the arrival date to be Oct 1, 2020, your approval letter will be valid from Oct 1, 2020 to Nov 1, 2020. What if my passport has expired?
The passport must be valid for at least six months at the time of filing your application or if your passport has expired you need to renew it before applying for your Vietnam visa. So make sure of that If you want to avoid any problems at the airport.
Do I need a photo and if so, what is its size?
Yes, along with the approval letter you also need to submit 2 standard passport size (04*06 cm) photographs at the airport. Note: If you do not have time to prepare those photos before your departure, you can also get them taken at a Vietnamese airport for 2-5 USD or less per photo.
Do you require a scan of my passport scan?
Usually you do not need to provide scanned copy of passport when applying for the visa on arrival. However the immigration authorities can ask you to provide your passport copy for verifying the information provided by you with your application. In case if the authorities ask for the copy of your passport, we’ll notify you immediately by the email.
Are there any exceptions with this type of visa?
Yes, visa on arrival is NOT VALID for OVERLAND ENTRY. The four international airports in Vietnam that you can receive your visa stamp with this approval letter are: Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), Cam Ranh International Airport (Nha Trang) and Danang Airport (Da Nang). Note: If you wish to travel to Vietnam via land or sea, you need to obtain your visa through Vietnam embassy in your country.

How do I receive my visa approval letter?
You will receive your Approval letter through email. So make sure that the email address provided by you is correct. The approval letter will be a colored scanned copy sent to you in PDF, JEPG format. Make sure you have PDF reader installed.
